First we had to have breakfast and then it was a short drive to SeaWorld to see the sea lions, whales and other animals perform for us. |

The show with the killer whales was spectacular. Brennen wanted to sit in the front row, so Susan took him there knowing that it would be a wet adventure. Sure enough, the big whales jumped and splashed them numerous times. |

The next show was a bit less spectacular but fun just the same. It involved a large number of dogs, cats, ducks and a couple of pigs. They performed for us as if it were a natural thing to do. But first some cotton candy and time out for Susan and Brennen to dry out. |

We continued on to see some beluga whales, polar bear and penguins. |

We also went through the fresh water aquarium and then took in a 3D movie about the boy who went to the North Pole to visit Santa. After we left the theatre it snowed (pretend, of course). |

It was late in the afternoon when we made a final stop at the kid's play area. On the way there we came across this flock of flamingoes. Then there was a final souvenir stop, dinner in Old Town San Diego and a short drive back to the hotel. |

Before we went back home the next morning, Troy wanted to go sailing with the boys. Then we spent some time around the pool. The weather was nice and the water pleasant for the kids. But for me it was good to just sit and watch. Although we had checked out on time, we left the hotel just after 1:30 pm. Afterall, they had been late, but nice about it. |
