Waiting
seven hours in a small airport is not our style. So we negotiated a deal
with a cab driver to take us up to Saint Paul, a small village
north-west of Nice, and then take us (and our dirty linen) to the
airport. Our friends had talked about this ancient town and how quaint
it is. Our
cabbie, Marc, was cute and friendly, spoke English a lot better than we speak
French. He explained how we could spend a few extra hours to see more. "OK, Marc, but
first let's see what St. Paul is all about," was the response from Sharon.
So here is a picture tour without words; you just have to image being
there yourself and walking the narrow streets. |
